Our base of operations is Zagreb, Croatia. We experienced reduced office and labour overhead,  this creates an obvious cost advantage to our clients. However, when our clients look a little bit deeper into additional costs savings they are pleasantly surprised. For example, when we set up a team we are responsible for all recruitment costs, on a small team of five this can run into £1000s of pounds in recruitment fees. There are other savings in the initial set up as well. Many of our clients are keen to try adding a new team to their existing business but do no have the space to do so, whereas our flexible options allow the opportunity to test new ideas without taking on long leases on premises in the UK.
